In December, we dived into the world of health and wellness by hosting a series of tri-yoga and pilates integration sessions for Ukrainians. Our aim was to boost mobility, refine movement patterns, and foster harmony with bodies.
What makes these sessions special? We extend a warm invitation to Swedes too! Beyond the physical benefits, it's a chance to practice Swedish or English, followed by a 'healthy' fika post-training.
As we step into the new year, our commitment to well-being continues. Our smart fitness classes will take place every Sunday until the end of March.
Guiding these sessions is our certified trainer from Ukraine, Oksana Hrynchenko. With over a decade of experience as a physical education teacher and extensive background as a group instructor and personal trainer, she's dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals.
