Despite the fact that the project Ukraine Rise Together came to an end, we as an organization continue our work. On March 9, we gathered to discuss everything that has been done during the existence of Help in Change, to share the latest achievements, and to discuss our future actions.
It is such a thrilling feeling when a common goal brings significant results even for a small team. During the last 6 months, we held 21 events for Ukrainians who are in Sweden under the Temporary Protection Directive and organized the Wise Talk mentorship platform, where people can get career advice online.
At the meeting, we talked about other support Ukrainians might need in Sweden in the future. We are going to work in the direction of expanding awareness of the needs of Ukrainians as well as working on health and wellness initiatives. Based on the results of the meeting, the members of the organization applied for a new grant with a focus on psychological support.
We are proud of the dedication of each member of Help in Change and believe that there are many more great things to come. If you also want to help Ukrainians in Sweden, become a member of Help in Change, share your ideas and we will bring them to life together.
