Almost graduation party: how we finished the first mentorship program
We can't believe it's been four months since our first Care in Change mentorship program started, but the photos are there, the celebration has taken place, so it's time to share some memories here.
So, how was it?
As you already know, the Care in Change project was created with the support of the ESF in order to help resettlers from Ukraine integrate in Sweden and find a job here.
During four months, program participants:
- communicated with their mentors
- attended language courses
- developed soft and hard skills
- participated in various workshops
- attended networking events
After such a productive time together, we really wanted to make the end of the program special, so the Help in Change team organized a celebration party with diplomas, a photographer and a cake at the end.
The guests said nice words to each other, got to know more people (for example, mentors of other participants), played games and exchanged impressions. In such a relaxed atmosphere, time just flew by but pleasant emotions remained for a long time.
We sincerely wish our participants continued success and hope that the time spent together was a useful experience on the way to getting their dream job.
